RPA SOV have a number of stands which become available from time to time. Whereas the stand holder never actually owns the land, he/she rents a privilege of use from the RPA. Structures built on the stand (no bricks to be used for the walls) can be bought and sold between members and an annual fee is levied by the RPA for the “use of the stand privilege” .
Applications in writing can be emailed to the club administrator, Lizanne Graskie, email@example.com requesting a Stand Holder application form in order to be put on the waiting list. Verbal requests will not be considered.
A once off non-refundable SOV entry fee of R5000 must be paid once an application has been approved and a further ongoing annual rental fee is levied by the RPA. Only Members in good standing can apply for a stand holder’s privilege and your name must be on the register in order for you to be considered.
